The other company is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Behavioral Health & Autism services organization that was founded decades ago with a primary focus on Intensive Behavioral Health (IBHS) School, Home, & Community services.
The Staffing agency generates revenue through private pay contracts with their clients. Much of the not-for-profit agency revenues are generated through Medicaid, although they are INN with a multitude of private insurance providers. Over the last 3 years, the combined businesses have averaged approximately $13 million of revenue with an adjusted EBITDA of $1.1 million (8.4%). In 2021, the staffing agency generated nearly $5.3 million of revenue with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 703,715 (13.3%).
