M&A Healthcare Advisors (“MAHA”) and Behavioral Health Properties Group (“BHP”) are pleased to present a Joint Commission accredited, multi-location alcohol, substance use disorder (“SUD”) treatment, and mental health provider located in South Florida. The company was formed nearly 10 years ago and is an out-of-network provider that works with most major health insurance providers. They offer both inpatient and outpatient services. For TTM (“Trailing Twelve Months”) ending March 2024, roughly 97% of revenue came from insurance providers with the remaining 3% consisting of private pay and copays.

They currently have 197+ employees and maintain over 100 beds.

Our clients, the ownership group, have no active involvement in day-to-day operations. All employees, including the established management team, are expected to remain with the company post-acquisition.
